I am an enthusiastic and highly motivated individual with a First Class Honours in Computer Networks and Cyber Security. I am very keen to get into a cyber security role where I can further my knowledge on security frameworks to be able to help assess and control cyber security risks, ensuring compliance with security controls and policies.
My dissertation investigated "Container Security and the Effectiveness of Security Controls against Vulnerability Exploitation". During the project, I analysed the NIST Framework and researched the effectiveness of the NIST security controls for securing containerized applications. I have also worked on group projects such as Network Technology and Security where I gained knowledge on both Windows and Linux security, networking configuration, deployment, and security.

- Researched secure container best practices within enterprise DevSecOp pipelines using a popular security framework.
- Configured and implemented open source vulnerability assesment tools to test popular Docker container images for vulnerabilities and exploits.
- Designed and coded a program to count up all vulnerabilities and exploits found within each test.
- Compared results using Excel to collate all the data and CVEs found per vulnerability assessment tool.
